Refund Policy
Last updated: May 21, 2026
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to paid plans on the PolyTRADRR Service available at polyreplay.dev and forms part of our Terms of Service. It describes when and how you can obtain a refund for a Pro subscription paid by card (via Stripe) or in USDC on-chain (Polygon / Ethereum).
Because the underlying Service includes on-chain activity, third-party data, and digital content delivered immediately on purchase, refunds are limited as set out below.
2. Try Before You Buy
PolyTRADRR offers a free plan that lets you explore the dashboard, run a limited number of backtests, and test the data API before subscribing. We strongly recommend using the free plan to confirm the Service fits your needs before upgrading.
3. Card Subscriptions (Stripe)
Pro subscriptions billed through Stripe renew automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel.
- Cancel any time. You can cancel your subscription from the Billing page or via the Stripe customer portal. Your Pro access remains active until the end of the current paid period; you are not charged again after cancellation.
- No partial refunds for the current period. We do not pro-rate refunds for the unused portion of the current month if you cancel mid-cycle.
- Accidental renewal. If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a new period that you did not use, you can request a refund within 7 days of the renewal charge. We will issue a full refund of that charge if our logs confirm there was no material use of the Pro plan during that period (e.g. no Pro-only API calls, no Pro-only backtests).
- Service failure. If a sustained outage, material defect, or breach of our Terms on our side prevents you from materially using the Service during a billing period, contact us and we will offer a pro-rata refund or a credit on the next period, at our discretion.
- Statutory rights. Where you have non-waivable consumer-protection rights under your local law (for example, EU/UK consumer withdrawal rights), those rights are not affected by this Policy. By starting to use Pro features immediately on purchase you may expressly waive a statutory cooling-off period to the extent permitted by law.
4. Crypto Payments (USDC on Polygon / Ethereum)
On-chain payments are non-refundable by default. Once a USDC transfer is confirmed on-chain, the transaction cannot be reversed by us, by the blockchain, or by any third party. We will however work with you in good faith in the following cases:
- Service not delivered. If you paid the correct amount to the address shown in your payment intent within the validity window and Pro was not credited to your account, contact us with the transaction hash. Once we confirm the on-chain transfer matches your intent we will either credit Pro or refund the USDC to the sending wallet.
- Overpayment. If you sent more USDC than the intent required, we will refund the excess to the sending wallet on the same chain, less any network fees we incur to send the refund.
- Wrong amount, wrong chain, wrong token, wrong address. We are not able to recover funds sent to a different address, on a different chain, in a different token, or for an expired payment intent. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of every transaction you sign.
- Sustained service failure. If a sustained outage, material defect, or breach of our Terms on our side prevents you from materially using a Pro window you already paid for, contact us and we will offer a pro-rata credit or a USDC refund to the original sender wallet, at our discretion.
Network (gas) fees and any difference in USDC value at the time of refund versus the time of payment are not refundable.
5. What Is Never Refundable
Regardless of payment method, the following are not refundable:
- Trading losses. PolyTRADRR is a non-custodial interface to Polymarket. We are not a counterparty to any trade and we cannot refund money you lost trading prediction markets, sending an incorrect order, or following AI-generated, backtest-generated, or signal-based output.
- Gas and network fees paid to validators or third-party RPCs.
- Third-party fees charged by Stripe, your card issuer, your wallet, an exchange, or any other third party.
- Pro plans cancelled or refunded due to a breach of our Terms on your side (for example, key sharing, scraping in violation of API rules, fraud, sanctions exposure, or market manipulation). In those cases we may terminate the subscription without a refund.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
Please contact us at support@polyreplay.dev before opening a chargeback with your card issuer. Most issues can be resolved within a few business days. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks and to contest disputes by providing Stripe with logs, IP and device metadata, and any other evidence necessary to defend the claim.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@polyreplay.dev from the email address on your account with the following:
- your account email;
- the date of the charge or transaction;
- for card payments, the last 4 digits of the card or the Stripe charge ID;
- for crypto payments, the transaction hash and the chain (Polygon or Ethereum);
- a short explanation of the reason for the request.
We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and to resolve them within 10 business days. Approved card refunds are issued to the original payment method by Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days. Approved crypto refunds are sent in USDC on the original chain to the wallet that sent the original payment.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we update the “Last updated” date above. The version in force at the time of your purchase is the version that governs that purchase.
