Terms of Service
Last updated: May 21, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PolyTRADRR website at polyreplay.dev, the related trading interface, the public data API, the backtesting tools, the SDK, and any other services we provide (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by the team behind PolyTRADRR (“PolyTRADRR”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By creating an account, connecting a wallet, generating an API key, submitting an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service Is (and Is Not)
PolyTRADRR provides:
- A white-label trading interface for crypto prediction markets hosted on Polymarket. Orders placed through PolyTRADRR are routed to the Polymarket CLOB and carry a builder code that identifies us as the order source.
- A REST API and SDK that expose historical order book data, trades, and resolved Up-or-Down markets across BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, DOGE, BNB and HYPE, joined with Binance spot data.
- Backtesting tools, dashboards, charts (including Black-Scholes overlays and BTC correlation signals), and multi-account management features.
PolyTRADRR is not:
- a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, or a money services business;
- a counterparty to any trade — Polymarket is an independent third-party venue and we have no control over market resolution, liquidity, or settlement;
- a source of financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
Nothing on the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any position. All trading and backtest output is provided for informational and research purposes only.
3. Eligibility
To use the Service you must:
- be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction);
- have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and to use prediction markets where you reside;
- not be a resident of, located in, or accessing the Service from any jurisdiction in which the use of Polymarket, prediction markets, or event-based derivatives is prohibited or restricted (including, where applicable, the United States and other restricted jurisdictions imposed by Polymarket or by sanctions regimes such as OFAC);
- not be subject to sanctions, on a denied-parties list, or otherwise barred from receiving the Service under applicable law.
You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. We may, at our sole discretion, geoblock or refuse service to users in any region.
4. Accounts and Security
To access most features you must create an account via Supabase authentication (email + password, magic link, or supported OAuth provider). You agree to:
- provide accurate and current information;
- keep your password, session cookies, and recovery channel secure;
- keep your API keys secret. API keys grant the holder access to your plan’s data quota and any data tied to your account;
- be responsible for all activity that occurs through your account or under your API keys, including orders sent to Polymarket, backtest jobs, and API requests.
Notify us immediately at support@polyreplay.dev if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, key, or wallet binding.
5. Wallets, On-Chain Activity and Builder Code
PolyTRADRR is a non-custodial interface. You connect your own self-custodied wallet on Polygon (chain ID 137). We do not hold, control, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or funds.
- Every order placed via the Service is signed by your wallet and broadcast to Polymarket’s CLOB. We attach our builder code (
0x2f02…0873) so that the order is attributed to PolyTRADRR for builder rewards purposes. - On-chain transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is broadcast and confirmed, neither PolyTRADRR nor any third party can roll it back. You are solely responsible for reviewing transaction details (amount, recipient, slippage, order parameters) before signing.
- Gas fees, USDC transfer fees, and other on-chain costs are paid by you and are not refundable.
- We may configure additional fees on orders placed through the Service. Where applicable, those fees are disclosed at the point of order entry.
6. Subscriptions, Billing and Plans
The Service is offered on a free tier and on a paid “Pro” tier (currently $19/month, subject to change). Plan limits, quotas, and feature gating are described on the Pricing page.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Crypto payments are accepted in USDC on Polygon (chain ID 137) and Ethereum mainnet (chain ID 1). A crypto payment buys a fixed-duration Pro window (default 30 days) and does not auto-renew. You are responsible for sending the exact expected amount before the payment intent expires; we are not liable for funds sent to the wrong address, the wrong chain, the wrong token, or in the wrong amount.
- Prices may change. We will give reasonable notice of any increase before it applies to your next renewal.
- You are responsible for any taxes, duties or levies applicable to your subscription, other than taxes on our net income.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. API Usage Rules
When using the data API or SDK you agree not to:
- share, resell, sublicense or transfer your API key to any third party;
- circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or plan gating;
- use the API or any output of the Service to build a product or model that is substantially similar to PolyTRADRR and competes with us;
- use the Service to violate any law, sanction regime, exchange terms (including Polymarket’s own terms), or third-party rights.
We may suspend or revoke API keys without notice if we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, or any breach of these Terms.
8. Data Licence and No Resale
The datasets, order book snapshots, trades, resolved-market records, derived signals (including Black-Scholes overlays and BTC correlation series), backtest outputs, and any other data delivered through the website, API, SDK, or bulk download (collectively, the “Data”) are licensed to you, not sold. We and our licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the Data and in any database, compilation, or arrangement of it.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your active plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Data for your own internal research, trading, analytics, and product-development purposes.
Without our prior written permission, you must not:
- sell, resell, lease, license, sublicense, rent, or otherwise commercially distribute the Data, or any material derivative of the Data, to any third party;
- redistribute the Data — in whole or in any substantial part, raw or transformed — through an API, feed, dataset, marketplace, file share, public bucket, repository, channel, bot, scraper service, or any other means;
- offer a product or service whose primary value is access to the Data or to a materially similar dataset built from the Data;
- use the Data to train, fine-tune, or evaluate a third party’s model that will be offered to others;
- scrape, mirror, bulk-extract, or systematically harvest the Data outside the supported API and download endpoints, or attempt to reconstruct our datasets by aggregating responses beyond your plan’s quota;
- remove, obscure, or alter any attribution, watermark, or provenance information we include with the Data.
You may publish charts, statistics, or short excerpts derived from the Data in research, articles, social posts, or investor materials, provided that the publication is not a substitute for our API and you credit PolyTRADRR with a visible link to polyreplay.dev.
If you want to resell, redistribute, or embed the Data in a product, contact us at support@polyreplay.dev for a commercial licence. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved. The licence in this section terminates automatically on termination of your account or on any breach of this section, and we may pursue injunctive relief and damages for unauthorised resale or redistribution.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for market manipulation, wash trading, self-dealing, front-running, or any other manipulative or deceptive practice;
- launder proceeds of crime, finance terrorism, or facilitate sanctions evasion;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach any security or authentication measures;
- interfere with the proper functioning of the Service, including by submitting malicious code, automated traffic floods, or denial-of-service attacks;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any closed-source portion of the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by law.
10. Risk Disclosure
Trading prediction markets is high risk. You can lose all of your capital. You acknowledge and accept that:
- market outcomes are uncertain and resolution is final;
- historical performance, backtest results, AI-generated strategies, and any signal or overlay shown in the Service (including Black-Scholes implied probabilities and BTC correlation indicators) are not a forecast or a guarantee of future results;
- crypto assets are volatile and may lose value, be frozen, de-pegged, or rendered worthless;
- smart contracts, RPC providers, bridges, and third-party infrastructure may fail, be hacked, or be paused;
- Polymarket, Binance, and any other third-party venue or data source may change behaviour, halt, delist markets, or modify settlement rules without notice.
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for any gains or losses arising from them.
11. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third parties including, without limitation: Polymarket (CLOB and gamma API), Supabase, Stripe, Cloudflare R2, Binance (market data), public Polygon and Ethereum RPC providers, and wallet providers connected via RainbowKit and WalletConnect. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
12. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its source code (other than open-source components), design, branding, documentation, and the curated datasets we publish through the API, is owned by PolyTRADRR and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose during the term of these Terms. No other rights are granted.
You retain ownership of any content, code, or strategy you create using the Service. By submitting feedback or bug reports to us, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that feedback to improve the Service.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolyTRADRR disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that data delivered through the API will be accurate or current, that orders will execute, or that any backtest or signal will be predictive of any outcome.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolyTRADRR, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, trading opportunity, goodwill, or any losses arising from reliance on AI-generated or model-generated output, signal overlays, backtests, third-party data, or on-chain transactions.
Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PolyTRADRR and its affiliates from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your breach of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (d) any trading activity, on-chain transaction, or content you submit through the Service.
16. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your account from the Settings page, which will remove your profile and revoke all API keys.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, sanctions exposure, or risk to the Service or other users. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as required by law or as described in our Refund Policy.
17. Changes to the Service or to These Terms
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice via the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PolyTRADRR’s operating entity is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, save where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
